The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

AppointmentTrader provides an online platform where users can post, share, buy, and sell time-based appointments, bookings, or similar opportunities ("Postings").
By using AppointmentTrader, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
