Dining on the French Riviera

I captured this stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea from Le Plongeoir, a cliff-top restaurant in Nice, France. It's one of the most unique and coolest dinner spots on the French Riviera.

Although we couldn't get a table at the top of the cliff or the outer rock connected by the foot bridge, the Plongeoir staff worked to squeeze us into a table near a cove at the base of the cliff. And that was one of the most interesting things about Le Plongeoir aside from the great food and view — the restaurant doesn't seem to know how special it is or just does a good job of downplaying its exclusivity.

Hopefully, I get to return one day and snag a table on the rock.
