We ate you with friends at StreetXO, and when the waitress took the drinks, she dropped the tray and a
bottle of beer fell on a friend's phone, and broke her screen. We asked to talk to a manager and he simply gave us the business card by asking us to make an email to the claims department, telling us to explain the situation and send the screen repair invoice, nothing more... We wrote to the claims department and we were told that they were not interested, and that we did not have proof of the waitress awkwardness, but we have a photo at the time of our arrival or my friend's mobile phone is intact.

So not only do they employ non-professional people, they do not keep their commitments and its dishonest but they also call people a liar.
